Online Reporting Facility

What you are about to view is a demonstration of an uncustomized prototype version of our online reporting facility. In a finished and customized product, fields on the report will be designed to accommodate your particular application. In addition, Back and Home buttons will be implemented to enable you to return to the webpage from which you entered this screen and to our home page. When you activate the link to the online reporting facility, you will see a screen containing entry boxes for a username and a password. Below is a table containing a number of usernames that you can use to explore how what you see will depend on what username you select. Usernames and passwords are paired for this demonstration. The password for each username is the username spelled backword and is case-sensitive. For example, the password for username 'SEAL' is 'LAES', and that for 'seal' is 'laes'. The following table lists usernames that have been implemented in the demonstration version of the online reporting facility.

After you select the link to the online reporting facility, you will find a pair of entry boxes in which to enter the paired username and password you have chosen. If you select a Manager username, you will be able to view a wider range of information than you will if you select a Sales Rep username. When you make your entries and click the button labeled Submit, you will be taken to a screen containing five entry boxes. If you wish, you can ignore them and click the button labeled View Report on that screen and proceed directly to the corresponding report. The resulting report will contain data on all customers, salespersons, revenue categories, fiscal months, and years associated with the selected username. After you have viewed the resulting report, you will find it instructive to note one value in each of the above categories, return to the username/password screen and enter one or more of those values, and return to the report to observe the effect of narrowing its scope.
