  • We'll show you how to build any kind of plan that you can envision. Your company requires compensation plans that reflect your unique needs.  With our system, you will be able to create a variety of plans customized to match your needs, each with its own set of plan elements such as quotas, rates, and bonuses.

  • You'll be able to run as many different plans as you please. There is no limit on the number of plans you can create with our software.  Plans can be customized for specific organizations - or even for individual employees.  As a result, you can eliminate supplementary manual systems for handing exceptions (such as for top performers or special new hires), while maintaining consistency across the rest of the organization.

  • You'll find it easy to mix and match plan elements. To help you create unique incentives for different employees, our software will let you define a different collection of quotas, rates, and bonuses for each compensation plan you need. Make Timely and Accurate Payments

Our system ensures that your incentive payments will be accurate and on time, so your sales representatives will be out there selling, rather than sitting in their offices double-checking their commission payments.

  • You'll be able to roll up your revenues by line of command or by organizational structure. Our system accepts actual sales information, stores it in the relevant employee records, and then rolls up the information through the designated management and/or organizational structure. Commissions and bonuses are then calculated based on individual or group results. Our system supports:
  • Commission splits among sales representatives
  • Separate revenue credits for commissions, quotas, or both
  • Alternative roll-up for nonstandard summarizations
  • You'll be able to customize calculation formulas to fit your exact requirements. Our system comes equipped with more than 30 standard incentive functions that handle commonly required calculations and provide access to any data stored in the system. In addition, you can use arithmetic and conditional statements to develop customized formulas that calculate any type of incentive you want. Our system can calculate commissions, bonuses, and draws based on any item input with the actuals, including:
  • Revenue
  • Units sold
  • Margins
  • Discounts
  • You'll be able to calculate commissions individually. Because our system calculates commissions based on each individual's specified plan, you'll be able to automate all commissions - even exceptions. Our system calculates quantitative bonuses automatically and tracks qualitative bonuses as well, so you'll see the complete compensation picture.
  • You'll establish regular payment runs, make on-demand payments. With our system installed and running, you'll establish regular payment runs that match your normal payment schedules. Then, when an occasions merits - such as when an employee leaves the company - use the system to calculate commissions and bonuses on a selective basis.
  • You'll be able to vary your payment options. Our system will let you vary payment options to encourage employees to achieve specific objectives such as customer satisfaction or industry penetration. Payment options include:
  • Recoverable and nonrecoverable draws
  • Staggered commission payments based on events such as booking and shipping
  • Deferred commission payments
  • You'll be able to make adjustments and maintain a complete audit trail. After calculating your commissions and bonuses, our system will be able to automatically send the information to a payroll or general ledger system. If you prefer, you will be able to set the system to print statements and reports. It supports:

  • Our system will enable you to integrate your information for easy access. It will manage all the information you need to administer your incentive plans. What's more, it'll give you the tools you'll need to access this information in a variety of formats, from simple queries to formal management reports.
  • You'll be able to track employee information. Our system accommodates a full range of employee data, including:
  • Organizational hierarchy

  • Multiple identification numbers

  • Hire and termination dates
  • Individual quotas
  • You'll be able to base plans and payments on employee history. Our system tracks relevant employee history and ensures that the right plan is used when calculating commissions and bonuses or when generating plan documents. This capability enables us to track:
  • Multiple plans per person (for example, to accommodate managers who also have personal quotas)
  • Changes in territories or promotions
  • Plan-effective periods (beginning and end times) for personnel changes or new promotions
  • Our system will gather sales-order information automatically. It will be customized at installation time to accept input electronically from your existing sales-order systems. It will accept virtually any type of data in either detailed or aggregate form. Some examples include:

  • Our system keeps management informed. It comes with a built-in report writer and a set of basic reports. You can easily modify any of these standard reports or create your own from scratch. The standard reports include:
  • Revenue by organizational structure and revenue type
  • Quota achievement
  • Employee earnings
  • Targeted annual earnings
  • Our system will enable your field sales force to check its own progress. It'll let the sales force view current sales activity and achievement information by using an option that allows employees to check their own progress and the progress of people who report to them. This option also allows for the extraction and downloading of information to a local PC for further processing.
  • You'll be able to maintain secure, multiuser access. Our system incorporates excellent system administration and management capabilities, including password protection for secure access by different classes of users. For example, you can define a password so that only finance can update revenue figures, while sales is free to view quota achievement. In a networked environment, our system becomes a multiuser facility, supporting a team effort.
